Ultra luxury chain Kerzner International has inked a deal for Australia's Hayman Island to become a One & Only early next year.
The property which is owned by Mulpha Australia will undertake an extensive upgrade which will result in a lower key court, but will reposition the room product at a higher lever.
Part of the new strategy is to create an all suite luxury offering.
