One Year Starwood Khao Lak Extension

The owner and operator of the Le Meridien Khao Lak have completed a deal for a one-year extension of the current management agreement.
Owner Vitya Holdings and Starwood will continue to work together through 2014, as the existing contract was due to expire in min-January.
It's been rumored in the industry that another hospitality group was set to assume the operator role but the deal failed to materialize.
