Outrigger Appoints Richardson To Corporate Role

Paul Richardson has been appointed EVP and Chief Operating Officer in charge of global operations for the Outrigger Enterprises Group.

He moves over from ACCOR where he was COO for the chain in Greater China.

During his career Richardson spent over a decade with Starwood.

Though based in Hawaii he will oversee operations in Asia and the Pacific region.
