While the current rainy season is making us all feel like ducks, the Phuket Community Foundation has taken the term literally. On Saturday November 7 at Laguna Phuket's Canal Village everything under the sun or rain including dragon boat races, kayaks, rafts and of course the signature rubber duck's will be on offer.
