PHUKET WATER PARK West Sands Splash Jungle Opening January 30

At last Mai Khao's West Sands Splash Jungle which is Phuket's first water park will open on January 30. Seven themed zones of the world include North Pole, Africa, Asia, Inca Mayas, Northern Europe, North America and Asia.
The water park includes large wave pool, long lazy river, aquarium, and variety of rides and attractions. A special intro rate from opening to the end of April has been set at THB 1795 for adults and THB 1050 for children. Thai residents can avail of a local offering of THB 1500, though a plus plus of 10% service charge and 7% VAT are applied to all fees. Rates will move to THB 2000 after the opening promotion.
West Sands Residences and Resort will see 106 units open in February and by the end of November a total of 426 units within the integrated destination. A planned Outrigger managed hotel was cancelled late last year back of the global financial crises.
