Phuket's New Chic Nightlife Venues Growing

Last weekends high profile launch of Sound at Jungceylon demonstrated a growing sophistication coming to the islands chic new nightlife scene. Back of the vaunted ownership of Bed Supper Club in Bangkok over 600 people attended with many flying in from the region and the nation's capital. Meanwhile Surin's beach lounge Stereo Lab has been creating waves, along with the recently opened Baba Pool Club at Sri Panwa.
While Bali and its Ku De Ta has long been the benchmark for resort destinations Koh Samui has found success with Beach Republic and the suave Nikki Beach. Meanwhile in Phuket Ka Jok See has been a long term favorite with Twin Palm's Catch Beach Club setting a new standard for a higher end cliental. Cape Sienna in Kamala with Vanilla Sky upped the ante and now a whole new wave of entries is bringing in partiers from Bangkok, Singapore and Hong who weekend in Phuket. Still in the works are the Hard Rock Café in Patong and IndoChine in Kalim which will add considerably to the branded offerings.
