Economic experts are forecasting the country to see a continued surge in growth and property is a lead indicator.
Reading analysis on the market the top picks for investment look to be Greater Kuala Lumpur and Iskandar (which is starting to become Greater Singapore).
Another market often referred to in broad terms continues to be Penang, though Langkawi looks to be tailing the pack.
