Pruska Taps Phuket Single Family Home Market

As political tensions continue to create uncertainly in Bangkok, many listed developers are turning their focus to other markets.
Here in Phuket, Pruska Real Estate has seen a sustained drive of new projects, especially in the single home sector.
Two new recent launches were the 152-home Passorn Kratoo-Patong and 231-home Plant Kratoo-Patong.
Pricing points start at the THB3 million level. Expect more launches from mid tier developers such as Supalai, Pruska and others for the remainder of the year.
