Qatar's Middle East Flight Start October 12

Hot on the heels to catch growing Middle East carriers Emirates and Etihad in the growing Thai market Qatar Airlines commence flights Phuket next month's scheduled to be operated on a daily basis from Doha via Kuala Lumpur.
The carrier will also be expanding its Indochina network adding Vietnam's two gateway cities – Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi via Bangkok in November. The Middle Eastern market is continuing to grow in importance for the islands hotel and more airlift will no doubt see this accelerate in 2011.
