At the height of the Irish real estate crash, the country was a very dark place with little hope.
Press reports from Agence France-Press quote that residential property prices in the country have risen 14.9% for the year, through August.
While it's easy to sit in Asia and think all of property opportunities sit in our corner of the world, just look at Dublin where market values have surged nearly 25% year-on-year.
In the East versus West debate, there is a lot to be said for buying undervalued property in the West these days.
