One of Thailand's leading hospitality stories we are watching is the rise of the Red Plane Tune Hotels partnership.
With a wide network of properties now rolling out in this country, the Philippines, and Indonesia, the group has made public plans to list the concern by 2015.
This will enable the existing investor's a chance to cash up and stock the company's coffers for further growth.
After a series of private fund raising efforts the company is now poised to expand into China, Korea and Japan.
With a strong pipeline over the next few year, but the time the IPO is planned the group's portfolio is expected to hit the 80-100 hotel rangeIt will be interesting to see if this aggressive expansion approach pays off to the group's investor's at game time.
My bet is it's going to be a huge pay day for those involved.
