Sansiri Brings Premium Housing Estate To Phuket

Bangkok's Sansiri Development is heading the trend towards mixing both Thai and overseas property buyers with their new premium housing estate Burasiri Koh Kaew.
The THB1 billion project offers single detached houses from THB5.9 to 10 million.

Two homes types are available with the entry level product being three bedroom and 3 bathroom in 149 square meters. The next level up is 178 square meters.
One key feature of the estate is a clubhouse, swimming pools and fitness center along with a green area.
Location is expected to be key, given the proximity to nearby British International School.
Pricing points are continuing to fall on the island despite increased demand by foreign buyers. What is clearly under the gun is the traditional inland pricing model for resort grade residences.
