Si Racha Attracting Serviced Apartment Operators

Category: Hotels, Posted:03 May 2015 | 06:00 am

The Eastern Seaboard development zone in Thailand is increasingly attracting new serviced apartment projects.
With Ascott's Citidines brand coming online, more are set to follow as Oakwood also has a project in the pipeline.
There are over 10,000 Japanese working in the catchment area and Si Racha ranks second behind Bangkok in terms of critical mass of expatriates from the North Asia country.
Expect to see more development of the industrial estate areas surround Si Racha as Thailand's automobile and related sectors ramps up for the AEC.
