Singapore's SilverNeedle Enter Sri Lanka

The Singaporean hospitality entity SilverNeedle are partnering with the Sri Lankan firm ABANS group for a mixed use project in Beira Lake Colobomo.
Included in the development will be a core 200 room NEXT branded hotel together with a condominium tower and retail mall.
This is the second business class four star hotel in the group's pipeline after the purchase of a property in Brisbane late last year.
Earlier this year the hospitality group launched their boutique white label "SilverNeedle Collection".
Curently under they Collection operating hotels include 137 Pillars House in Chiang Mai, Riva Surya Bangkok and the Kiridara Luang Prabang.
