Six Senses Left Turn To Latin America

Six Senses has finalized a joint venture for their products in the Central American nation of Nicaragua.
Under an agreement with Lionheart Capital the group will develop resorts, residences and spas in the country.
First up for the group is a conversion of the Aqua Wellness Resort into a Six Senses branded offering.
Given the private equity ownership of Six Senses the group is facing pressure to expand their footprint and raise recurring revenue streams.
