Skye Niseko Announces Hotel Operator

One of Niseko’s most anticipated luxury residential-led hospitality projects Skye has announced a hotel operator.

Now onboard is Hokkaido Tourism Management (HTM) as the management group, who have been appointed by the developer Summit Properties.

Located at the top of Hirafu Upper Village, Skye Niseko will feature direct sky access in one of the areas most premium locations.

Currently under development the project is set to complete in the third quarter of next year.

Meanwhile in nearby Hanazano Richard Li’s PCPD ultra luxury development the Park Hyatt Niseko Hotel and Residences is now under construction and is scheduled to complete in 2019.
