Soft Opening for Kamala's Cape Sienna

Category: Hotels, Posted:23 Apr 2009 | 05:08 am

Phuket's hotel pipeline continues to forge ahead with the soft opening of Cape Sienna located at the starting point of Kamala's Millionaires Mile. Rubbing elbows next to Allan Zeman's successful Andara estate, which will see it's own Resort Residences, opening before the end of the year certainly provides a good pedigree. With 148 rooms and villas along with signature outlets Vanilla Sky for sunset drinks and dining at Plum the hotel is raising the stakes with a quality offerings. There are certainly some 'wow' factors in the design and the view over the bay adds considerably to the offering.
The hotel also manages the 9 oceanfront 3 and 4 bedroom pool villas that are currently in the finishing stages. Speaking to General Manager Frank Driest who is a veteran player in Phuket's hotel scene and formally was top man at Pavilions Resort in Layan he commented "that there are a few resale units on the residential sea view units priced in the region of THB 45 million which considering the aspect, location and affiliation to the resort offer great value."
