Tanayong/BTS Renaming Signals Moves Into Hotels

Listed Thai conglomerate Tanayong Plc who are renaming the firm after their core business BTS Holdings are moving significantly into the hotel business. The company now only operating Bangkok's BTS skytrain but also will be managing the new BRT (Bus Rapid Transit).
It's hospitality arm has two Langham managed hotels, and a Four Points by Sheraton in the pipeline as well a prime Kamala beachfront site in Phuket. The hotel management arm U Hotels and Resort are rapidly expanding both in Thailand and the region.
Given the recent restructuring the company is significantly capitalized to continue to expand into hospitality assets.
