Category: Tourism, Posted:21 Dec 2010 | 08:50 am

Today (20 December 2010), Thai Airways International Public Company Limited announced the delayed departure and arrival of flights from Bangkok-London v.v. due to heavy snowfall at Heathrow Airport, which the airport authority will operate only for limited flights.
Mr. Piyasvasti Amranand, President of Thai Airways International, said that due to adverse weather conditions and heavy snowfall, London's Heathrow Airport is temporarily closed. The adverse weather conditions and heavy snow on the ground at Heathrow Airport create obstacles for flight departures and arrivals. For passenger safety and also in accordance with the advisory from London Heathrow air traffic control, regularly scheduled flights will not operate.

Flights on 20 December 2010
