Thai Developer Sansiri Raises Stake In Standard Hotels

Thai-listed real estate group Sansiri has raised their shareholding in boutique hotel chain The Standard.

Sansiri has invested an additional USD40.5 million to increase their shares to now control 59% of Standard.

While Standard have made the news about projects in Thailand, they yet are to formally announce any.

They have confirmed a deal for a purchase and conversion ofHuruvalhi in the Maldives.
