Thai Hotel Chain Being Sold To Australia’s Flight Centre

Thailand-based Bespoke Hospitality Management Asia (BHM) has entered into a deal for the sale of the chain to Flight Centre Travel Group.
BHM’s brands include X2, X2 Vibe and Away.
Anthony McDonald and the executive management team will continue in their current roles.
No details of the transaction pricing are available as the deal is moving to completion.
One of BHM’s key growth areas has been taking on smaller hotel branded residences in emerging destinations, though over the last few years it has upped the ante in larger mainstream market offerings.
