Island stalwart Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket have been ranked 11th in the Top Resorts in Asia by Travel + Leisure magazines World's Best Awards 2011.
The awards is determined by readers of the high profile publication with the criteria ranging from location, service, dining, rooms and ultimately value for money.
Despite its age the Dusit Phuket continued to retain hotel guests and repeat visitors which indicates that guest satisfaction is not just about the newest or fanciest property but comes down to some very basic demand drivers.
