Two More Resorts For Sri Panwa Developer

The developer behind the successful luxury resort and villa project Sri Panwa has two more Greater Phuket projects in the pipeline.
According to an interview in the Bangkok Post, Thai-listed firm Charn Issara are planning a second Phuket resort with thirty pool villas at a project cost estimated atTHB500 million.
It will be located near to the existing resort in Cape Panwa on a 5 rai parcel of land.
A second offering is in the works just over the Sarasin Bridge in Phang Nga. Set in Natai near to a number of multi-million dollar villas which is often compared to a seaside Hamptons enclave will be a larger upscale mixed-use development.
Here with a project cost in excess of THB1 billion will be two ultra villas on the ocean, eighteen pool villas and a resort.
Earlier this year Charn Issara sold the Sri Panwa resort in
to a Thai property fund, which has enabled the group to raise liquidity for expansion.
