UPDATE 1 Million Dollars For Kanye West Banyan Tree Performance

International music superstar Kanye West who performed Thursday night at the wedding of a wealthy Indian who had booked out the entire Banyan Tree Phuket was reportedly paid a fee in excess of US$1 million for an hour's performance.
It was strictly a fly in and fly out appearance for the star, who arrived and departed on the same day.
Phuket is ranking high on the Indian wedding circuit with events scheduled at the Sheraton Laguna and another in Banyan Tree during the upcoming high season next year.
