Upscale Senior Living Kamala Community Launched

Details of a Senior Living project in Kamala’s MontAzure integrated development have been unveiled.

The project will include 200 lifestyle condominiums and 30 villas with a value of THB3.5 billion.

An overseas retirement community group Audley from the UK has been paired with Thai-based Otium Living who will be the operator.

Partners in the joint venture development include some very significant Thai property groups including L.P.N Development PLC, Nye Estate and Chewathai PLc.

Kamala Senior Living is the first large-scale institutional backed aged living development in the country and is likely to set off a new series of upscale retirement real estate projects.
