Upstart Pragma Hospitality Ink 6 Hotel Deal

Newly launched Thai hotel operator Pragma Hospitality has hit the market running.
An agreement has been signed with the domestic Eco Inn Hotel Group for 6 operating properties across the country.
The portfolio consists of hotels located in Nakhon Sri Thammarat, Ubon Ratchathani, Trang, Mae Sot and Chantaburi.
A familiar face heading Pragma is Alexander Wallace, who is the group’s CEO.
Pragma’s USP management offering is pinned on making simpler hotel management agreements with shorter terms, simpler termination and no brand standards.
