Vietnam Records Highest Quarterly ADR

Category: Hotels, Posted:10 May 2016 | 09:08 am

According to data released by STR Global, Vietnam hit an all-time high revPAR in the first quarter of 2016.

An impressive boost  in year-on-year performance saw revPAR soar 10.3% bolstered by both increased occupancy and average rate (ADR).

One key driver was the return of the Russian snowbird market (winter visitors) who were up 13.5% versus the same period last year.

Sporting one of the hottest hotel markets in Asia, Bill Barnett of  C9 Hotelworks is scheduled to speak at the upcoming Hospitality Investment Conference Vietnam.

Organized by Sphere Conference the event will be held July 12th and 13th at the Reverie Hotel Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City.

HICV is set to become the largest hospitality event in Indochina and more details are available at Hospitality Investment Conference Vietnam 2016
