West Sands Relaunches Under Centara Brand

Mai Khao's West Sands mixed use destination resort has returned to the market under Thailand's Centara chain.
The Centara Grand West Sands Resort and Villa Phuket is offering a special opening rate of THB4,100 for one bedroom suites.
Spacious two bedroom pool villa are also available at THB12,500 until the end of October.
Centara is looking to position the property along the lines of its Pattaya family resort given both have waterparks.
Expect Splash Jungle to be a key demand generator for the resort.
Laguna Phuket through its management agreement with Outrigger has successfully tapped into the hospitality led residential market with its value for money suites, lofts and pool villas.
The Centara and West Sands offering looks to be headed down a similar pathway.
