Yoma Investing In Yangon Mixed Use Project

One of Myanmar's largest real estate developments has seen a purchase an shareholding stake in a prime Yangon 10 acre parcel.
Signapore's Yoma Strategic Holdings along with key shareholder Sergie Pun are taking over a marjority stake in a local affiliate.
The project which is partly on a property which formerly houses railway headquatrers includes a 5 star hotel, four star hotel, service apartment, condominium and two office towers.
Media reports have part of the project funding coming from property pre-sales.
