A Vote Heard Around The World

This week, September 18th looks to be a landmark date which is being closely watched around the world.
Scotland's vote for independence could well pave the way for a flurry of similar mandates in other countries.
In days past, a country who sought independence had to go to war, while today in some it's a matter of heading to the polls.
There are vast economic concerns though that a Scottish split could spell doom for the U.K.s Euro block and have a severe knock on effect.
What is clear is that the historic country boundaries are blurring and increasing cultural conflict is creating a vast redrawing of the new world map.
