Cloud PMS Initiative For Thai Hotels

Category: Hotels, Posted:01 Nov 2011 | 06:00 am

A consortium of local hotel property management system providers have joined together to promotion online or cloud computing solutions.

as a supplier clearing house the initiative is aimed at smaller hotels and resorts.
According to a recent article in the Bangkok Post entry price points go as low as a monthly charge of THB10,000.
In a lead up to the much heralded AEC (ASEAN Economic Community) over the next three years, Thailand's IT sector is looking to take these products overseas as well.
For hotels, the answers perhaps are no longer in the wind but up in the air – in the clouds.
