Good Morning Martial Law

Category: Tourism, Posted:20 May 2014 | 08:11 am

Thailand's army has imposed martial law on the country this morning.

The proclamation covers all of Thailand including Phuket.
For the country's battered and bruise tourism sector the development is a strong negative especially for the lucrative MICE market.
Whether this is the beginning of the end or the end of the beginning this new shift looks to have profound amplification of Thailand's challenges across the globe.
