The ongoing trials and tribulations of the Pakoh Hotel Co., Ltd. who own the Six Senses Yao Noi has continued to attract unwanted attention.
Over the past few years a well-documented default to investors in the owning property fund has been documented in the financial press.
Now comes a report in the Phuket Gazette that a legal complaint has been filed by the wife of the landholder alleging she was cheated out of the title documents.
The wife Saowanee Osathanugrah is part of the owning company of well-known energy drink maker M-150.
Her claims are that he husband Chinnawes Sarasas forget land transfer documents to Pakoh Hotel Company.
Expect to hear more on this case in the days to come.
