A continuing sign of anxious property developers looking to increase sales pace is the phenomenon of branded residences.
Now Mandarin Oriental has embraced the trend back of an agreement to manage 56 residences which are part of their Macau hotel. The chain now has 14 hospitality led residential projects spanning the globe.
