Moevenpick Takes On Chinese Surname

The growing influence of the mainland's China market continues to roll.
The latest international chain to try to tap into their inner Zen is Moevenpick who have launched a country specific brand Rui Xiang.
According to the group this translates to "brings you enjoyment and luck with Swiss Quality."
All that in two words.
Earlier this year the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) set out with a China brand Hualuxe.
Going global and adding in local flavor for hotel operators continues to gain momentum in the age of the long tale.
