Tune Target Japan With 20/20 Vision

Fast rising budget hotel chain Tune has announced plans for 20 hotels to be fully operational in Japan by the year 2020.
Bangkok's Red Planet Hotels which is the franchise holder for much of Asia for the brand has set up a new JASDAQ – listed subsidiary – Red Planet Japan Inc. which will invest a reported USD100 million over the next six years.
Red Planet own a 17% stake in Tune itself and many industry insiders expect this number to increase.
Tune's first foray in Japan was the recent opening of a property in Okinawa.
