W Residences Launched in Bali

Phuket's key Asian destination competitor is surging forward with its hospitality led residential projects with the launch of the W Residences in Bali.
Adjacent to the 158 key W Retreat and Spa in Seminyak, the residences offering 79 villas in configurations of 1, 2 and three bedroom units.
Late last year the upscale chic Bvlgari Resort went to market with 5 luxury residential villas with pricing in the USD6 million range.
