Good reviews are coming in about the new Hyatt Regency Danang in Vietnam which opened late last year.
The project which is a milestone for residential led hospitality combines 200 rooms, 174 residential condominium and 27 luxury villas.
A key demand driver of the integrated resort are the nearby Greg Norman – Danang Golf Club and Montgomerie Links.
The Laguna Langco project in Hue is looking to tap into the success story of the Hyatt project though double digit interest rates and hyperinflation have flattened the property market.
